Note: In 1945 M. C. Gaines sold his interest to Liebowitz and started Educational Comics. After the split Gaines maintained the rights to the Picture Stories from the Bible line of comics. It appears that the cover to issue #2 had already been printed with an All-American logo but the interior indicia shows Educational Comics, Inc. as the publisher. Inside of #2 there is an advertisement for New Testament Edition #1 that bears the All-American logo, however, the 1944 original issue #1 bears the DC logo and the 1946 reprint of issue #1 bears no logo, just the LN distributor and ID marks.
